Buyer: A user who purchases access to Learning Materials.

Seller: A user who uploads and offers Learning Materials for free or for a price.

Learning Materials: Notes, summaries, study guides, practice questions, assignments, presentations, or other educational documents uploaded by Sellers.

Content: All materials on the Platform, including Platform design, branding, logos, interface, text created by Answerins, and other non-user materials.

Fees: Platform service fees, transaction fees, payout fees, and any other charges disclosed on the Platform at checkout or in the Seller dashboard.

Order: A transaction where a Buyer purchases access to a Seller’s Learning Materials through the Platform.

2.1 These Terms apply to every visit and use of the Platform.

2.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2.3 If you disagree with an update, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account.

3.1 To access certain features (such as buying, downloading, selling, or uploading), you must create an Account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

3.2 Age requirement. You must be at least 16 years old to create an Account and use paid features. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent/legal guardian where required by law.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact Support@answerins.com immediately and change your password.

3.4 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent fraud/abuse.

4.1 Answerins is a marketplace platform that enables Sellers and Buyers to exchange Learning Materials. Unless explicitly stated, Answerins is not the author, publisher, or academic verifier of Seller Learning Materials.

4.2 We do not guarantee that Learning Materials are accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular academic requirement. Learning Materials are provided as study aids only.

4.3 We may offer tools such as previews, viewer access, ratings, reviews, search, categorization, and safety checks, but these do not replace your own judgment.

5.1 Ownership and rights. When you upload Learning Materials, you represent and warrant that:

• You created the content yourself or you have written permission and all necessary rights/licenses to upload and sell it;
• Uploading and selling the material does not violate copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or any law;
• The material does not include unauthorized copyrighted textbook pages, instructor resources, paid course packs, leaked exam papers, answer keys not owned by you, or other restricted content.

5.2 Academic integrity. Learning Materials must not promote cheating or academic misconduct (for example: selling leaked exams, selling answers to active tests, or claiming official affiliation with universities without proof).

5.3 Prohibited content. You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that violates our policies.

5.4 Formatting and moderation. We may set technical rules (file types, size limits, previews, metadata). We may remove or limit access to Learning Materials that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5.5 Pricing. If allowed by the Platform, Sellers may set prices subject to minimum/maximum rules shown on the Platform. The Platform may require that certain portions (e.g., a preview) remain viewable to help Buyers understand what they are purchasing.

5.6 Watermarks and processing. We may apply security measures such as watermarks, viewer-only access, file conversion, or other protections to reduce piracy and fraud.

6.1 By uploading Learning Materials, you grant Answerins a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make your Learning Materials available only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and market the Platform.

6.2 This license generally ends when you delete the Learning Materials, except:

• For copies stored in backups for a limited period;
• For copies needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce Terms, or maintain transaction records.

7.1 Buyers may purchase access to Learning Materials through the Platform. Access methods may include download, online viewer, or both, depending on product settings and security policies.

7.2 Personal use only. Purchased Learning Materials are for the Buyer’s personal study use. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload elsewhere, or claim the Learning Materials as their own.

7.3 No guarantee of results. Answerins does not guarantee grades, exam outcomes, or academic acceptance.

8.1 Payments. Buyers pay the purchase price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes/fees disclosed at checkout.

8.2 Payment processors. Payments are handled through third-party payment processors. Their terms may apply in addition to these Terms. You authorize us to share necessary transaction and identity information with processors and compliance partners.

8.3 Service fees. Answerins may deduct Fees from transactions (for example: platform service fees, processing fees, payout fees). Fee amounts and calculation methods are shown on the Platform (e.g., Seller dashboard, pricing/fees page, checkout, or payout screen).

8.4 Seller payouts.

• Sellers may request withdrawals subject to minimum thresholds shown on the Platform.
• Payout timing may depend on fraud checks, chargeback windows, account verification, and processor rules.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. If payout details are wrong, we may be unable to send funds.

8.5 Taxes. Sellers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes related to earnings from the Platform, and for providing any required tax information.

8.6 Chargebacks and disputes. If a Buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend payouts and deduct disputed amounts and related fees until resolved.

9.1 Because Learning Materials are digital content, purchases are generally final once access is delivered (viewable and/or downloadable), except where required by law or where our Refund Policy states otherwise.

9.2 We may approve refunds in limited cases, such as:

• The Learning Materials cannot be accessed due to a verified Platform error;
• The file is corrupted or unreadable and the issue cannot be fixed;
• Duplicate purchase of the same item in error;
• Other situations described in our Refund Policy on the Platform.

9.3 Refund requests must be submitted through the official refund channel on the Platform (or by emailing Support@answerins.com with the Order details if no form is available).

9.4 We may deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, repeated refund behavior, or policy violations.

10.1 If you believe content on Answerins infringes your copyright or violates your rights, send a notice to Support@answerins.com.

10.2 A valid notice must include:

• The exact URL(s) or identifiers of the material;
• A clear description of the rights you claim are infringed;
• Proof you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights owner;
• Your contact details (name, address, email, phone);
• A good-faith statement that the complaint is accurate.

10.3 We may forward your notice to the Seller who uploaded the content, and we may request additional information.

10.4 If content appears unlawful or clearly violates policy, we may remove it or restrict access. We may also suspend or terminate repeat infringers’ Accounts.

10.5 Answerins is not required to mediate disputes between users and rights holders, but we may cooperate with lawful requests.

11.1 We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform for maintenance, security, or improvements.

11.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances outside our control.

12.1 All rights in the Platform and Answerins Content (excluding Seller Learning Materials) belong to Answerins or its licensors.

12.2 You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes.

12.3 You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, rebrand, or exploit the Platform or Content without our written permission.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all Learning Materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement.

13.2 Answerins is not liable for:

• Errors, omissions, or academic consequences from using Learning Materials;
• Disputes between Buyers and Sellers;
• Unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure credentials;
• Losses caused by external services (payment processors, internet providers, hosting providers), except where required by law.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answerins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).

14.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, Answerins’ total liability for any claim is limited to the total Fees actually paid to Answerins by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., willful misconduct where applicable).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Answerins and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your uploaded Learning Materials;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of third-party rights;
• Your misuse of the Platform.

16.1 You may close your Account at any time by following the Platform process or contacting Support@answerins.com.

16.2 We may suspend or terminate Accounts if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, committed fraud, or repeatedly infringed IP rights.

16.3 If your Account is terminated, you may lose access to Learning Materials and platform features, except where required by law or where access is needed to fulfill an existing Order.

16.4 If your Account is inactive for [12 months], we may mark it inactive and take reasonable steps such as notification and eventual closure, subject to legal requirements.

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, disasters, strikes, war, governmental actions, major third-party service disruptions).

18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State], without regard to conflict of law rules.

18.2 Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [City, Country/State], unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

19.1 Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
