1.1 Ownership Requirement

Users may upload, share, or sell content on Answerins only if they are the lawful copyright holder or have received explicit authorization from the copyright owner.

By uploading content, the user represents and warrants that:

• the content is original work created by the user; or
• the user holds valid rights or licenses permitting distribution through Answerins.

1.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Full or partial copies of textbooks, paid publications, or proprietary course materials
• Lecture slides, handouts, or teaching materials created by professors or institutions without authorization
• Content containing third-party logos, images, diagrams, charts, or tables without rights
• Plagiarized, derivative, or previously removed content

1.3 Notice and Takedown

Answerins operates a notice-and-takedown process for alleged copyright infringement. Content may be removed upon receipt of a valid complaint or at our discretion where infringement is reasonably suspected.

Repeat infringements may result in permanent account termination.

2.1 Personal Data Restriction

Users may not upload, process, or distribute content containing personal data of third parties unless a lawful basis and appropriate authorization exist.

Personal data includes, but is not limited to:

• Names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses
• Student or employee identification numbers
• Dates of birth or personal identifiers
• Sensitive or confidential information

2.2 Enforcement

Content containing unauthorized personal data may be removed immediately, and the responsible account may be subject to sanctions.

Users may not upload or sell content they did not create or do not own.

This prohibition includes, without limitation:

• Selling documents created by other individuals
• Uploading or selling content purchased from Answerins or any third-party platform
• Uploading content obtained from competitors or external sources
• Selling official institutional or publisher materials without authorization

To protect users and platform integrity, it is prohibited to:

• Share personal contact details for the purpose of conducting transactions outside Answerins
• Solicit or facilitate off-platform sales or payments
• Circumvent Answerins’ payment, messaging, or safety systems

This includes sharing phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or external payment links.

Users may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized by Answerins.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate sales, downloads, rankings, or reviews
• Purchasing one’s own content
• Posting fraudulent or misleading reviews
• Attempting to bypass enforcement actions

The messaging features of Answerins may not be used to:

• Send spam, solicitations, or advertisements
• Harass, threaten, or deceive other users
• Share prohibited content or off-platform contact details
• Distribute illegal, explicit, violent, or abusive material

Answerins reserves the right to restrict messaging functionality or suspend accounts for violations.

Content accessed or purchased on Answerins is licensed for personal, non-transferable use only, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Share purchased content with third parties
• Upload purchased content to other platforms
• Resell or redistribute content in any form

Answerins content is intended solely as a study aid.

Users may not:

• Submit purchased or downloaded content as their own academic work
• Copy or reproduce content in a manner that constitutes plagiarism
• Use content in violation of institutional academic integrity policies

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their educational institution’s rules.

Answerins may take one or more of the following actions, at its sole discretion:

• Remove or restrict access to content
• Issue formal warnings
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts
• Limit access to features (uploads, messaging, payouts)
• Retain records and cooperate with legal or regulatory authorities

Enforcement decisions consider severity, intent, and prior violations.

Answerins reserves the right to update these Guidelines at any time. Updated versions will be published on the platform and take effect upon posting.
